- Procter & Gamble – Tris managed major consumer product test markets and was instrumental in forming the company’s second largest sales division. He achieved #1 ranking locally, regionally and nationally while improving profits.
- The Kendall Company - Tris was the Senior Marketing Manager for Kendall’s largest consumer products group and appointed to a special “Build to a Billion” Task Force charged with the responsibility of doubling Kendall’s volume in five years. Created all new Cooperative Merchandising Programs for retailers and tripled trade advertising support while reducing promotional expense by 24%.
- Charrette Corporation - As Division General Manager, Tris played a key role in helping that fast-growing distributor, importer and manufacturer grow from $12 million to $34 million in four years. He totally redefined the field sales training, performance evaluation and compensation system to accomplish lowered cost of sales.
- Western Union, N.A. - Tris served as Dean of Western Union University & Director of Professional Development for financial services employees in the flagship business unit of Colorado’s largest employer. Trained and developed Field Sales Force in growth from 15,000 to 48,500 Agents.
Tris is a graduate of Brown University where he served as class president and treasurer of the Associated Alumni of Brown University.
