What does a Certified Management Consultant Provide?
Initial Meeting- Before any discussion about what Centennial CMC (Certified Management Consultant) does, could or might do for your business, our first step should be a face-to-face meeting so to learn about your business. What have you done? What do you want to do? I’d like to listen and learn. As you probably realize, “Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice!” This a time for openness, candor and absolute confidentiality. What we discuss stays between us. If you decide to continue, CCMC will provide you with a proposal.
Proposal- Before any working agreement is established you will receive a proposal clarifying what Centennial CMC can do for you, our expectations (yours and CCMC’s), the anticipated timeframe and an estimate of what the cost will be.
Agreement- When both of us agree, the proposal becomes a written agreement and CCMC will begin the work. No money is billed or spent until we are on the same page. Whenever possible we will jointly agree on reasonable expectations for your return on investment (“ROI.”)
